    咕老鸡加白饭

    不知道正宗的咕老鸡是什么样子的, 反正BRISTOL中餐馆里的咕老鸡就是这个样子的. 最近经常吃, 吃多了, 也就觉得自己必然是会做了. 于是专程买了鸡胸肉和酸甜汁回来做.
     
    做出来就是酱紫, 卖相不错, 味道和中餐馆的差很多. 肯定是SAINSBURY的酸甜汁不好不够专业, 我这样想, 所以味道不好就怨不得我了.
     
    就在折腾照片的档儿, 那盘古老鸡加白饭就被我吃了下去, 其实很小一盘, 看着挺大. 鸡胸肉一定要趁热吃, 冷了, 就什么味道都没有了, 真的.
